RREEF Real Estate has selected CBRE to market its Coppell Commerce Business Center portfolio. The 771,720-square-foot listing includes six industrial facilities that are 89 percent leased.
The buildings are located within the D/FW International Airport submarket, north of Interstate 635 near Belt Line Road in Coppell.
According to CBRE, “the portfolio’s existing buildings will provide a reliable in-place cash flow with increasing yields through lease-up, and the 9.67-acre development site provides opportunity to enhance yields over the investor’s hold period.”
Overseeing marketing are CBRE’s Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor, Jonathan Bryan, and Heather McClain Venegoni.
