Pflaster Antiques Ltd. has purchased a 5,500-square-foot retail building and a 28,595-square-foot tract of land at 4000 Paige Road in Dallas. Charlie Corson and Robert Williams of Central Capital Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. Stroud Arthur and Ryan Byrne of CBRE Dallas represented the seller, JWV Associates Ltd.
