Catching Up With Arts Coverage in the Print Edition

The June 2010 print product went online today, and, per usual, there are a few arts related stories to note:

My favorite has to be Tim’s style piece on Dallas Theater Center artistic director Kevin Moriarty’s wardrobe shift that followed his move from New York to Dallas, which includes the back story of his sneakered interview with the “impressive and imposing” leaders of the DTC’s search committee.

Zac visited the set of The Good Guys, which debuted last night (and was good, says Zac), and discovered that Dallas is a third star in the series that may “exorcise the ghosts” of our Walker Texas Ranger, JR Ewing reputation.

And I checked in with the good people at the Kessler Theater to see just what local booking legend Jeffery Liles has planned for Oak Cliff’s music venue.
