HFF Secures $41.5 Million Loan for 7-Eleven HQ

Billingsley Co. is developing the convenience-store chain’s corporate campus on about 21 acres Belt Line Road and Interstate 635.

HFF has secured a 12-year, $41.5 million construction-to-permanent loan from Pacific Life Insurance Co. for the the Billingsley Co. The funds will be used to develop a 325,000 square foot headquarters for 7-Eleven in the Irving segment of Cypress Waters.

The convenience-store chain’s campus is being built on about 21 acres at Belt Line Road and Interstate 635. Corgan is the architect and Alston Construction is the general contractor.

Cullen Aderhold, Trey Morsbach, and Chad Russell led the HFF team that put the financing together.
