A Culver’s franchisee has acquired 1.5 acres of land along State Highway 121 at Josey Lane. Justin Schoellkopf with Schoellkopf Co. represented the buyer. Tim McNutt and Britton Lankford were the in-house representatives for the seller, Bright Realty.
