Fred Loya Insurance has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 5000 Main Street in The Colony. Luis Piña of Accent Commercial represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Dan Avnery and Mike Smith of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord.
