Today’s Deal: Callison at Bryan Tower

Global architecture and design firm Callison has signed a 20,702-square-foot lease at Bryan Tower, a 40-story, 1.1 million-square-foot tower in downtown Dallas.

Global architecture and design firm Callison has signed a lease at Bryan Tower for 20,702 square feet of office space. The 40-story, 1.1 million-square-foot building is owned, managed, and leased by Spire Realty Group.

Callison joins other architecture in the building at 2001 Bryan Street: WDG Architecture and HNTB, said Caleb Smith, owner and president of Spire.

Charles Daggett and Stephen Hemphill with Mohr Partners represented the Callison in its lease. Andrew Schendle and Allison Johnston were the in-house leasing representatives for Spire.
