1400 Hi Line Adds Restaurant to Mix

Restaurants America has leased 7,201 square feet on the ground floor of the under-construction 1400 Hi Line for Central Standard, an eatery it's describing as a "gastro sports pub concept."

1400 Hi Line, a 23-story, 314-unit residential project under development in the Design District, is expanding its amenity base. Restaurants America has leased 7,201 square feet on the ground floor of the project for Central Standard, an eatery it’s describing as a “gastro sports pub concept.”

The group’s other local restaurants include Primebar in Uptown, and Townhouse Kitchen + Bar in North Dallas.

Michael Miller and Jason Puig with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Restaurants America in its lease. Earl Harris and Austin Schenkel with The Weitzman Group represented the landlord, PM Realty Group.
