The 36th Infantry Division Band starts the party with an ensemble of military brass tunes at 7 p.m. After their performance, Rhythm & Boots will play as guests trickle in before the fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Grab a frozen margarita from Mi Cocina in the park to end the night like a true Dallasite.
