Mardi Gras in Oak Cliff
What: Party in Texas fashion at this year’s Mardi Gras Oak Cliff Parade. The route runs along Davis Street into the heart of Bishop Arts District, where you’ll find local shops and restaurants partaking in the revelry. Cannon’s Corner Irish Pub on Davis St. will have live jazz, face painting, and a Mardi Gras-inspired menu all day.

Fat Tuesday at Reveler’s Hall
What: The Bishop Ave Hot Stix are performing traditional jazz standards in celebration of Mardi Gras, so bring your dancing shoes. To carry the theme, Chef Rob Stack will prepare Cajun and Creole favorites. Reserved tables for four cost $125 and include a welcome bottle of champagne.

Pardi Gras 2020
What: A Texas-sized Fat Tuesday fest is happening at Dallas’ House of Blues. Cajun food, live entertainment, and dancing will bring the spirit of Bourbon Street to Dallas.

Mardi Party at Legacy Hall
What: The Plano food hall has not one, but two celebrations planned for Fat Tuesday. On Saturday, there will be jugglers, stilt walkers, and live jazz at the 3rd annual Mardi Pardi. Tuesday brings the Fat Tuesday Parade with the Big D Marching Band and a Mardi face painting station. Both events will have Creole food specials and $8 hurricanes.

Bird Café Celebrates Fat Tuesday
What: With festive additions to its regular menu, Bird Café bringing Mardi Gras all the way to Fort Worth’s Sundance Square. Blackened catfish with rock shrimp and crawfish rice with butter sauce are amongst the featured items.

The Rustic’s Annual Mardi Craw Party
What: The Rustic is having an authentic, Bayou-style Cajun crawfish boil on Fat Tuesday. The restaurant will also be serving po’ boy sandwiches, and, to help wash it all down, a Hurricane Frozen Cocktail and a Swamp Thing Frozen Cocktail. Taméca Jones will provide live entertainment.
