ALMA GRAPHICS

The talented team of Mary and Alberto Tomás have created the distinctive logo and graphic materials that have brought this year’s Cattle Baron’s Ball theme to life. From invitations to gala programs, every printed piece is an original work of art thanks to the countless hours of design work donated by this creative husband and wife team. A hearty gracias to the creators of Bienvenidos!

TWO DESIGN GROUP

Celebrating the European and Spanish influences on the State of Texas, Two Design Group were enlisted to create the decor for the 1997 Cattle Baron’s Ball. Principles Todd Fiscus and Rob Dai-ley have spared no effort in ensuring that the Spanish Colonial theme is authentic and executed to perfection. Created with incredible attention to detail, the duo has orchestrated Spanish villas, tropical palms, lime trees and masses of bougainvillea to transport guests back in time to the peak of Spanish colonialism.

MiCocina

COMIDA TEX-MEXCON SABOR

The tempting aroma of the “comidas deliciosas” from Mi Cocina restaurants adds a spicy Latin flavor to this year’s ball. Under the direction of founder Mico Rodriquez, six chefs and a cadre of specially outfitted servers, the food is sure to be more elegant and plentiful than ever before. Serving traditional Tex-Mex along with new creations in six Metroplex neighborhoods, Mi Cocina has quickly become a local favorite. Mico’s flair for creating visually appealing fare will heighten the dining experience at the Brinktnan Ranch.
