Meet Cooper Wellness Strategies’ New Director of Wellness For VentanaFit

Cooper Aerobics has named  Elizabeth Niksich as the Director of Wellness for VentanaFit with Cooper Wellness Strategies. She will manage fitness programs at the new luxury high-rise senior living collaboration between Buckner International, Baylor Scott and White, and Cooper Wellness Strategies.

Niksich has more than 30 years of experience managing wellness programs at Texas Health Resources, Mayo Clinic and Texas Instruments, and will provide wellness services and programming at the senior living community.

“We are pleased to welcome Elizabeth to the Cooper Wellness Strategies team for our newest client Ventana,” said Dr. Tyler Cooper, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Aerobics, via release. “Her wealth of experience spanning three decades makes her extremely effective in building member engagement through motivating fitness programs, thus inspiring health improvements and empowering wellness change.”
