Cinco de Mayo Celebration. May 1-2. Mexico defeated the Spanish more than 200 years ago, but the victory party is still going strong. Word is, this one is the best in Dallas. Taste Addison. May 15-16. This event is a tall order, since Addison has the highest concentration of restaurants of any city west of the Mississippi.
