Dermatological practice TruDerm in March opened its first location in Allen and is working toward a second spot at Legacy West in Plano.
The company—which lists medical dermatology as well as injectables, laser treatments, and body shaping among its services—is planning to open an additional two locations for a total of four in North Texas. Locations for two of the facilities have yet to be announced.
Each will be between 3,000 and 4,500 square feet, with three to four exam rooms designed to “create a relaxing and spa-like environment,” the company said in a news release. TurDerm partnered with architecture firm E4H, a designer of 28 microhospitals in Texas and elsewhere, on the project.
