This Friday, you have two fantastic opportunities to catch — as the kids would say — “all the feels.” The feel-good feels of endorphins along with the feel-good feels of raising money for worthy causes. Let’s break it down.

First up, ZYN22 will be hosting three spin classes in a row (from 1-4pm) at their Fort Worth location for Fit FriYAY, all of which will benefit The Ronald McDonald House. Fitness pros approved by the Blue Zones Project, including Indigo Yoga and Crossfit Panther City, will also be attendance offering demos. “Making Fort Worth one of the healthiest cities in America continues to be one of my main focuses as mayor,” says Forth Worth Mayor Betsy Price. “Fit FriYAY is another great example, encouraging wellness breaks where we can take a few minutes ‪on Friday afternoon to get moving.”

Next, SoulCycle Preston Hollow is hosting two charity rides (at 5:30 and 6:30pm) and donating all proceeds to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a national organization that raises funds that help to fight childhood cancer.

So, feasibly, you could be spinning multiple times for multiple causes in multiple cities this Friday afternoon. Pack your protein bars accordingly.
