Cold Front Coming Through This Morning. It won’t really be that cold and it’ll be a distant memory pretty quickly. I just wanted to type that.

Hundreds March Against Police Brutality. A day after Philando Castile’s killer was acquitted, more than 300 people marched from St. Paul UMC in the Arts District through Uptown to Pike Park, near where 12-year-old Santos Rodriguez was killed by officer Darrell Cain in 1973. There were a number of speakers at the park, including the father of Jordan Edwards, killed in April by officer Roy Oliver. More on this later.

Third-Row Seat Bandit Caught. Inber Castillo-Solorzano was arrested and confessed to stealing the third-row seats from 10 SUVs in Mesquite over the past three months. Three others are still at large.

FC Dallas Gets a Point in Vancouver. It’s been a tough stretch for the team after a hot start, but they’re still only three points out of first with a road draw in Vancouver, thanks to Maxi Urruti’s goal.
