Erik Herskind and the staff at Greenlight, a Dallas creative agency that specializes in platforms, programming, and branding, work in offices in their own, 12,000-square-foot building in the Trinity Industrial District. They moved there last year, after their former digs in the Knox-Henderson area became too expensive to lease. The offices are adjacent to a collaborative space, which Greenlight also owns, sporting the likes of a pool table, gym, showers, a kitchen, and a conference room. Greenlight, which has 17 employees in all, just celebrated its 10th anniversary with clients such as Inwood Village, Cane Rosso, Gold’s Gym, and La Quinta Inns & Suites. Herskind previously worked for agencies such as Brierley & Partners and Tracy-Locke. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he is a collector of “all things vintage” and drives a restored, 1970 Ford Bronco. Herskind’s office desk was crafted by Brad Betzinger, who also made all the work tables in the Greenlight offices.
