Funeral Services for Jan Pruitt Announced

The popular CEO of the North Texas Food Bank passed away on Monday.

Longtime North Dallas Food Bank CEO Jan Pruitt passed away on Monday. She was a dedicated force of nature to the food community in Dallas and she will be more than missed. If you would like to pay your respects, visitation will be held on Friday, January 6 from 6pm to 8pm at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home (7405 W Northwest Hwy. 75225). Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 7 at 2:30pm at First United Methodist Church (1928 Ross Ave.75201). Parking will be available at Bryan Tower (between Olive and Harwood on San Jacinto) for a discounted rate and valet parking will be available behind FUMC on Harwood and San Jacinto. Please consider a donation to the NTFB to honor Jan’s legacy.
