Though we’ll quietly mourn the loss of Forty Five Ten’s similarly numbered spin-off, we have a feeling the grieving period won’t last long. The Dallas boutique’s vice president and creative director, Taylor Tomasi Hill, swiftly stocked 60 Highland Park Village with a new concept, TTH Forty Five Ten.

Her namesake store will sell the same high-end clothing, jewelry, gifts, shoes, and bags that Five & Ten was known for, but will also serve as a showcase and launch pad for emerging talent aimed at a younger audience.

Tomasi Hill spoke to Vogue this week saying, “I’m still thinking about the Forty Five Ten customer and the artsy woman, but I want to capture that SMU girl.” Chokers from Fallon, Faith Connexion’s French flannels, and Harvey Faircloth’s classic American designs will mingle with Five & Ten crossovers such as Victoria Beckham and Proenza SchoulerPhoto by Samantha Jane

If Forty Five Ten’s history is on its side, we’re sure it will all look impeccable.
