Off Broadway Shoes calls its collection “top brands.” I call that a tiny bit of an exaggeration. It’s very DSW-esque in look, but it’s a bit more Rack Room-esque in stock. You won’t find Miu Miu, Stuart Weitzman, or BCBG. But you will find Steve Maddens, Franco Sarto, and Nine West. I could make a stop for that. The store opens today at 10 am.
