Found: The Perfect Spring Dress

Pretty, sweet, and Southern. That’s how Amber Perley, designer behind Pearl Southern Couture, does it. And I love it. Her spring dress collection is exactly what a spring dress collection should be: frilly, comfy, and flirty. Inspiration behind the line comes from Southern cities and their Southern women.
