Even with a dozen or so brick and mortar restaurants in the Dallas area, Potbelly Sandwich Shop is launching a Potbelly food truck. The truck will offer a somewhat smaller version of their menu which will include five of their best known sandwiches.
The truck will also offer a morning menu which includes various classic breakfast sandwiches and blueberry muffins. Given the lack of many breakfast food truck options, this should be a welcome addition.
