Ramen Hakata Opens Monday July 28th in Addison

The restaurant will serve traditional tonkotsu-style ramen.

Screen Shot 2014-07-22 at 10.28.56 PMHakata is named after the district in Fukuoka, Japan where Tonkotsu ramen was created, which is exactly the style of noodly goodness it will serve starting Monday.

The website is still under construction, but the menu should become available on Thursday so you can get acquainted. Hours will be 12-3 PM and 5-10 PM Monday through Friday, Saturday 11 AM-10 PM and Sunday 12-8 PM.

Ramen Hakata is located at 3714 Belt Line Road.
