It’s a sad day for dessert lovers in Dallas. David Collier, executive pastry chef at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, is returning to Washington, D.C., where his wife and children live. Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon, a talented pastry chef in his own right, will handle the duties until a replacement is found. Thank you for a portion of my right thigh, chef Collier. We will miss you.
