The tall toque rises again in Louisville, Kentucky.

Attention potential Dallas restaurant investors: former Dallas chef/restaurateur Matthew Anotonovich will not be calling on you for a while. Chef Antonovich is in Louisville, Kentucky where he has reunited with Michael Cooper. The two worked together at Casa Grisanti, a chain of casual restaurants that shut down in 1991. According to Louisvilleinsider.com, Cooper is “a former captain at Casa Grisanti who has worked in management roles at other local restaurants.”

Their new project, Mozz, will be a casual osteria and an upscale enoteca combined with a nightclub and a deli takeout counter. Mozz will take up 10,000 square feet of real estate in Louisville. Okay then, back to what you were doing.
