In my next life, I want to come back as an In-N-Out Burger location in Dallas: All of my ingredients would be fresh; my employees would be happy; my customers would wait patiently in my drive-through or at my counter just to get a bite of me. I would be loved, ageless, popular, hot, single, and open 24 hours. Occasionally, I would satiate the odd customer by serving up a double or animal-style delight. I would be here to please and loved by millions. Tiger Woods and his wife would text me.
But that is not going to happen. And, for now, In-N-Out Burger has no plans to open in Texas. Yes, dear Dishers, the rumors that In-N-Out has secured at lease at fill-in-the-blank in Dallas are not true. The corporate office confirmed the sad fact again this morning. Several people have reported that Smashburger is doing a (beat, beat) smashing job. Anyone tried a Smashburger?
