Among the weekend's more notable openings, Circuit 12 unfurls another robust group show of painters.

It’s something of a quiet weekend in Art World Dallas with only a handful of shows opening. Among the more notable openings, Circuit 12 unfurls another robust group show of painters; Shotgun, in the former RE Gallery space in the Cedars, features a new art collective of DFW-based figurative artists; and photographer Jeremy McKane opens an exhibition at Level Gallery (in the former Waas space) that aims to direct viewers towards increased mindfulness of ocean conservation.
