So far, only two co-workers are known to be missing. One of them is getting a new apartment key cut to replace the one that went missing. Problem is, the apartment key was part of a set. Not sure how that car is going to get started. The other AWOL co-worker, I’m told, is “sick.” All of which is to say that we had a great time last night at the Granada Theater. Hope you did, too. (Judging from your tweets, looks like you did.) We’ll get some pics up before too long that were taken with an actual camera camera. They rocked.While Zac and I were waiting around backstage to introduce Telegraph Canyon, Gordon Keith showed up and highjacked the proceedings. "Here, gimme your coat," he said. "I'll go and introduce myself as you. It'll be hysterical." I protested, told him no one would think that was funny. But he wouldn't be talked out of it.After Gordon's appearance onstage, he repaired to the Granada's outdoor smoking lounge by the backstage door, where he drank an entire bottle of Kru 82 and launched into a rant about what a burden it is to be famous. It's a tradition, apparently, at the Granada for bands to put stickers on the backstage roll-up door through which they load their gear. Zac and I are kinda like a band, right? Like Simon and Garfunkel?Here on FrontBurner, we sometimes like to pull back the curtain. This was the view of Telegraph Canyon from backstage.
