DALLAS EXPLAINED

|

GLASS OF WATER: There’s silver in that there water-about eight pounds (worth less than a thousand bucks) in 100 million gallons of Dallas drinking water. There’s also arsenic (you’d pop before you could drink enough to poison yourself), iron, lead, and sodium. If you’ve been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, you shouldn’t drink more than three gallons of Dallas water a day without consulting your doctor. If you’re healthy, but still want to keep your sodium intake within reason, you shouldn’t drink more than twenty or thirty gallons a day. -Jeff Posey
