Mercury Grill exec chef Chris Ward has been invited to cook a “Head of State” dinner at the White House next Thursday evening. Although Chris was scheduled to be on a plane to Paris, where he plans to “intern” at Taillevent for two weeks, he’s decided to stop off and cook for “either the Japanese Prime Minister or the Japanese Emperor.” He promises to send details soon. Nice gig, eh?
