Designer Nikki Duong Koenig’s handmade Cykochik bags are now offered stamped with PETA’s signature rabbit. The line of vegan bags has been down the runways of the Pin Show, captured on StyleSheet, and blogged about by many. Styles of iPad cases, totes, and clutches are playful, emblazoned with the designs of artists, and completely cruelty-free. (Materials are animal-free and assembled without sweatshop labor.) Unsurprisingly, they caught the attention of PETA in October 2013, when Nikki was given a PETA Compassionate Business Award. Now, the two have teamed up to offer a design that benefits the animal advocacy bunch. A fold-over clutch ($125) and wristlet ($87) come in 10 different color combos and support a slew of causes from animal protection to the local artists and blossoming entrepreneurs.
