When Laura was doing her research on Fort Worth museum stores for the May/June issue of D Home, I tagged along. I like a good road trip. Plus, she bought me lunch at Joe T.’s. It was win-win. While she was doing busy business-lady work, I was shopping and browsing and making notes for future gift giving. We saw a lot of great stuff that day, but it was the book selection at the Kimbell Art Museum that really caught my attention. There was so much to choose from, including coffee table books about art, travel, and architecture. There were books for the wee ones, too, as well as The Kimbell Cookbook. If you need a gift item or something for your own coffee table, this is the place to look.
