A very Republican FrontBurnervian just received the below email from Regina Montoya and Paul Coggins. He forwarded it with a question: “Is this some kind of sick joke?”

[Redacted],

Hillary Rodham Clinton has served as Secretary of State, Senator from New York, First Lady of the United States, First Lady of Arkansas, a practicing lawyer and law professor, activist, and volunteer, but the first things her friends and family will tell you is that she’s never forgotten where she came from or who she’s been fighting for throughout her life.

Paul and I would like to invite you to attend a Reception with Hillary in our home on Tuesday, November 17, in the late morning (exact time TBD). This is going to be a wonderful event!  Would you like to attend?  Please let me know.

The contribution levels are Champion — $2,700 per person (includes a photo with Hillary) and Friend — $1,000 per person.

The invitation is below, and you can rsvp by using the button imbedded [sic] in the invitation.

Thanks so much for your consideration!

Best,

Regina and Paul
