Blind Butcher, popular Lowest Greenville restaurant and bar, is now offering Friday brunch (in addition to their regular Saturday and Sunday service). This is great news for those who enjoy skipping work to gorge themselves.

In addition to an extra day of brunch, the restaurant’s menu has been updated. But don’t expect syrupy, over-the-top chicken and waffles, and outrageous takes on eggs Benedict.

“I try to not over think or overdue it,” says executive chef, Oliver Sitrin. “I grew up eating these things and playing around with their ingredients: pâté, hand-cranked sausages, and charcuterie. It’s fun and creative food that pairs well with our cocktails, beer, and wine.”

Brunch is available Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. You can take a look at the updated menu below.
