After 20 years of being Flower Mound/Highland Village’s restaurant for special celebrations, The Grotto has been rebranded in

to a completely new restaurant.

Patrons, Customers –

We are now BISTECCA – An Italian Steakhouse
Same owner, staff, chef
But NEW Name, furnishings, updated menu and dining room.
We are ecstatic about the improvements and our bright future.
Please embrace the change and thank you for 20 years of The Grotto.

Chef Morris Salerno

Chef and owner Morris Salerno, the same man who serves tiramisu and pizza at Salerno’s since 1985, is the agent behind this change. His new steakhouse menu includes a butter-poached halibut, red snapper, and blackened salmon over Gouda polenta.
