TKO Libations, a local craft brewery, is the newest tenant at Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza in Lewisville. The brewery signed a lease for a 2,810-square-foot space, joining a mix of retail and restaurant tenants there. Jack Allen with Wellington Realty represented the tenant in the deal, and Bright Realty represented the landlord. The brewery anticipates moving in some time during the second quarter of the year.

“We invested a great deal of time to find the right space for TKO Libations,” said Jack Allen, a partner with Wellington Realty. “We searched The Colony, Plano, Frisco, and nearby areas, but, in the end, TKO was drawn to Castle Hills for the development’s aesthetic appeal, future nearby developments, and the location.”

The brewery expects to move in during the second quarter of the year.

The retail plaza includes a ground-floor retail level and second-level office space. The property has three divisions: The Shops West, The Plaza, and The Shops East. The Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza website lists The Shops West and The Plaza as fully leased. The Shops East lists six out of the 29 suites available for lease. The brewery will be located in The Shops East and will include windows for patrons to view the brewing process as it takes place.

“The Village Shops has attracted several niche restaurants that are very popular with both residents and foodies from outside the area,” said Lucas Patterson, Bright Realty executive vice president. “The brewery will prove to be yet another draw to this unique neighborhood setting.”
