D CEO magazine and D Real Estate Daily celebrated the debut of D Real Estate Annual at a release party last week. Held at D Magazine Partners’ headquarters on Ross Avenue in Dallas and sponsored by Gensler and Rockwall Economic Development Corp., the event attracted about 175 attendees, including heads of area commercial real estate firms and top DFW brokers.

D Real Estate Annual is a 124-page guide to North Texas commercial real estate, featuring a 52-page directory of top 2013 transactions in the office, industrial, and retail sectors.
