Venture Commercial Real Estate recently added four senior vice presidents to its retail brokerage team. They join from three different area firms.

Venture Commercial Real Estate recently added four senior vice presidents to its retail brokerage team. Among them is Don C. Miller, who has returned to Venture after serving as principal at CNL Commercial Real Estate’s Dallas office. During the past decade, Miller has leased retail portfolios in excess of 950,000 square feet for several local and institutional owners, and also represented national and local retail clients.

Converse
McGregor Converse

Joining from City Venture Group Inc. are McGregor Converse, former president, and Kevie Beard, former vice president. During his 30-year career, Converse has managed leasing teams, developed shopping centers, worked on land buys and sales, and provide tenant representation for local and national retail clients.

Beard
Kevie Beard

Beard has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management and leasing, site selection, strategic market planning, and real estate brokerage. He also has represented national and regional retailers in their expansion or entry into the Dallas-Fort Worth and Texas markets.

Henson
Tim Henson

Tim Henson joins Venture from Commercial Properties Realty Trust, where he was vice president and a company officer. He has 25 years of experience, working with both landlords and tenants on multiple product types including power centers, malls, urban retail, factory outlets, and lifestyle centers.
