Chris Teesdale, SIOR, is executive vice president at Colliers International. He began his commercial real estate career in 1978 and is considered an expert in industrial transactions, including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, finance, development, and supply chain/logistics. Teesdale is a consistent top producer and also is a recipient of the prestigious Stemmons Service Award. He was the first president of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors when it was formed in 1995, has served as president of SIOR, has been on the North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame Committee since its inception in 1988, and continues to actively serve the area's real estate and community organizations.
