Alan P. Shor co-founded The Retail Connection LP. in 2004, and serves as its president and co-chairman. He oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the firm and leads its investment and merchant banking business. Shor also is an operating partner with Parallel Investment Partners and sits on a number of corporate boards. He previously was president, chief operating officer, and a board member of Zale Corp.
