Ebby Halliday Realtors recently announced the opening of its newest office, Ebby Richland Chambers. The office will serve the residential real estate needs of the Richland Chambers Reservoir area, a thriving lake community about an hour-and-a-half from downtown Dallas, as well as the greater Corsicana area.

With so many people moving to the larger Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and others looking to transition to a more remote lifestyle or invest in a nearby getaway,” Ebby Halliday Companies CEO Chris Kelly says, “it is absolutely the right time for this new location. We’ll be able to help our neighbors in and around Corsicana for many more years to come.”

Ginger Gill, Sales Leader of the Ebby Preston Center Office in Dallas, will also oversee the Richland Chambers office.

“This remarkable team,” Gill says, “comprises experienced, local residents who have been selling this area for years and have the lay of the land like no one else. They will continue operating as they have been, providing Navarro County with their expertise in residential, land, farm & ranch, and lake sales.” “The visible location at the east end of the 287 bridge,” Gill continues, “will be convenient for clients in search mode, whether for a primary home or weekend retreat.”

Sellers who list with Ebby benefit from expanded exposure thanks to the brand’s established and reputable presence in the region. Ebby’s listings reach more potential buyers – in particular residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, who make up the majority of North Texas lake-home buyers.
