With Summer officially upon us, Windsong Ranch’s incredible amenity THE LAGOON gives residents the ability to enjoy the season’s good vibes all year long. He adds, “We’re selling at an electric pace, and the sales have increased dramatically since THE LAGOON opened.”
With 1,500 new homesites coming online, one of the newest neighborhoods within Windsong Ranch is The Summit, which is set on an elevated area overlooking THE LAGOON. A trail system connects The Summit to the new amenity, giving residents of the neighborhood easy access to the water. The Summit also features the second Prosper ISD elementary school to be located within Windsong Ranch and an adjacent seven-acre community park.
