And while we love us some CCL, there are other gems of lakes in the area, and one of them is Lake Cypress Springs that is located just two hours Northeast of Dallas. But with exceptional new constructions like the gorgeous property at 488 Pleasantview Road in the Cypress Point neighborhood, we are starting to think that the residents of this little slice of heaven are quite content with their little slice of heaven being the area’s best-kept secret.
