You Can Score Mindy Kaling’s Insane Stroller in Dallas

Make walks around the block infinitely more extra.

Mindy Kaling’s daughter Katherine is the gift that keeps on giving. At least on social media, for us plebeians that aren’t in the Kaling inner circle of trust. First, there was the teary-eye-inducing tweet exchange between Kaling and A Wrinkle in Time director Ava DuVernay.

Then, there was that clever and enviable Nora Ephron-inspired dinner. (You see, Mindy usually throws a holiday dinner for the young women that work for her, but this year, they brought the dinner to her. Are you crying yet?)

Kaling posted this photo on Christmas day, and it just felt right!

Then finally, on January 20, 2018, the eyes of the world were treated to the (and I don’t use this adjective lightly) dopest stroller of all time when Kaling took her daughter out for their first walk. The gold wing-adorned stroller is a collaboration between Cybex (whose disputably less dope strollers are available at The Tot) and Jeremy Scott (creative director of Moschino and the non-Kanye man in this epic picture). It also features cherubs holding dollar signs. See. Dope!

And while it would have been perfectly plausible to believe that Scott created this super extra princess pram exclusively for Kaling’s daughter, the stroller is actually available to us plebeians as well — and it also comes in blue! Drop by Nordstrom NorthPark’s ever-changing Pop-In@Nordstrom on the second floor to score one for the Katherine Kaling in your life, or if you’re feeling lucky, just enter to win Dallas Wardrobe’s Instagram contest. May the force of Kelly Kapoor be with you.
