You may recognize Sheridan French as one of the names from our 10 Most Beautiful Women in Dallas contest, which just concluded, but you need to know her for her women’s wear line. She studied design in Europe, followed it up with a job in Prada’s London press office, and now, with three kiddos in tow, is living her dream and making her own apparel in Fort Worth. The girl’s got an eye for gorgeous textiles, and each collection features bold patterns in even bolder colors. This year marks her first fall collection, and I want one of everything. At the tip top of my lust list is the Amelia dress in bumblebee print, the Everyday capris in black and white animal dot, and the exquisite Lillian skirt in a dark and romantic Floral Perfection print. That skirt is a perfect autumn staple. While the sun’s shining, wear it with a tank and sandals. When it cools down, throw it on with a sweater and boots. Better yet, anytime, put it on and twirl around in it in front of a good, full-length mirror.
