A handful of talented locals are making sure Dallas babies stay in style. Spilled Milk creator Stephanie Bernal designs “kid couture” out of vintage fabrics, trims, and embellishments in sizes 1 through 6. Christine Visneau of Baby Bean Wear creates affordable and stylish frocks, hats, and bibs out of vintage fabrics for kids 6 months to 6 years old ($15-$78/Bebe Grand or www.babybeanwear.com). Helena & Harry IV Co., the hottest couture line for kids, is designed right here in Dallas by Susan Ingram. Local husband-and-
