We took a stopwatch to the June 14 City Council meeting to show you how the council spends its time when it’s not doing things that land it on the 10 o’clock news. The meeting was ten hours long, and it was the first meeting for new council members Glenn Box, Harriet Miers, and Jim Buerger. You may not like what the council does, and you may notlike the way that they do it, but you certainly can’tsay they don’t do anything.
