We were informed recently that Claudia Townsend, editor of the White House News Summary, and her staff had requested a subscription to D Magazine for the White House (along with a few other selected city magazines: Los Angeles, Washingtonian, and Cleveland). We find this an even higher measure of success than the startling recent discovery of a D Magazine on the table in the waiting room of the office of a dentist in Pittsburgh.
