Shop for the Symphony
Highland Park Village was alive with the sounds of strings, keys, and symphonic notes as shoppers enjoyed Shop for the Symphony, an event benefitting the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League. For one day only, attendees experienced the sounds of Dallas Symphony Orchestra performers Deborah Baron and Bruce Wittig, The Young Strings Orchestra, along with a trio and quartet from Highland Park High School’s orchestra. Participating stores offered discounts or donated a portion of the day’s proceeds to the worthy cause. Event chair Jose Reyes raffled seats to an upcoming performance of the DSO. Special thanks to Highland Park Village and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra for their participation in this fantastic event.
