This is one of the most historically significant plantation homes in Dallas. Located west of Inwood Road in estate country, the house was designed by architect O’Neal Ford for designer Earl Hart Miller in 1939. The entry floor is made from marble tiles taken from the original Dallas Post Office. Two identical 66-foot sunrooms on the first and second floors overlook the 1.7 acres of lush, manicured grounds. The home encompasses more than 8,000 square feet, including four wood-burning fireplaces, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool, and a floating staircase to the third floor.
